Mark J Elmer of Tecumseh, Kansas was involved in a crash on Sunday, September 16th 2018 at 7:05 am in Shawnee County, Kansas. Elmer is a 60-year-old man.
In the crash, Elmer was driving a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan Motorcycle. The crash happened here: Northbound Kansas Highway 4 at the ramp to US Highway 40 exit; or Northbound Oakland Expressway at the exit ramp to US Highway 40 in Topeka. The police described the crash like this:
Driver one was traveling Northbound on K4 Highway. Driver one attempted to take the exit ramp to U40. Driver one leaned to far to the right, lost control of the motorcycle and came to rest in the grass.
