Vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on 22nd Rd. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line into the southbound lane, went into the west ditch, and struck a field entrance. Vehicle 1 continued north and came to a stop facing north.

The police said the damage to the 2007 Chevrolet TK with Kansas license plate number 097EAZ was not stated. It was insured by Columbia Mutual Insurance. It was removed from the crash scene by Lyons Wrecker Service and taken to lot.
