In Kansas, Personal Injury Protection (PIP or No-fault) pays medical and funeral expenses for the driver and the passengers killed in a crash. It does not matter who is at fault. Getting a lawyer working on this case early will increase the amount of money Maimer's family recovers for this wrongful death.
