Johnny Mack Jr Stephens, a 38-year old man, of Independence, Missouri was involved in a crash on February 18, 2017 in Linn County, Kansas. The crash happened at 4:13 PM  on County Road 1095 and County Road 1150 or 2 miles north of Mound City on Road 1095..

Injuries

Stephens was injured. He was taken to KU Medical Center hospital.

Vehicle Damage

Stephens's 2001 Expedition with Missouri license plate WL8T2C was wrecked. Stephens's  was removed from the wreck scene by Saker Towing.

Trooper K322 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2017-002317 to this wreck. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. 

In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
