Donald Allen Lank, 54, of Coffeyville, Kansas was Killed in a Crash on January 24, 2017 in Greenwood County, Kansas

Donald Allen Lank, a 54-year old male, of Coffeyville, Kansas was involved in a crash on January 24, 2017 in Greenwood County, Kansas. The crash happened at 8:51 PM  on U400 westbound at milemarker 349.9 or 12 miles west of Fredonia.. The crash happened like this: Vehicle 1 was westbound on U400. Vehicle 2 was disabled in the westbound lanes from a previous fatality accident. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 causing vehicle 2 to strike vehicle 3 which was legally parked on the eastbound shoulder

Injuries

Lank was killed in the crash. His body was taken to Quality Care.

In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
