Hunter H Ruppe, a 17-year old woman, of Great Bend, Kansas was involved in a crash on December 15, 2016 in Barton County, Kansas. The crash happened at 7:35 PM  on U281 northeast 30th Rd. Alt:1.5 miles north of Great Bend on U281.

 

Injuries

 

Ruppe was injured. She was taken to hospital.

Ruppe's 2003 Taurus with Kansas license plate 130JBA was wrecked. Ruppe's  was removed from the wreck scene by Marshall's.

This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
