Xavier C Bradford, 25, of Lancaster, California was Killed in a Crash on November 7, 2016 in Reno County, Kansas

Xavier C Bradford, a 25-year old male, of Lancaster, California was involved in a crash on November 7, 2016 in Reno County, Kansas. The crash happened at 7:23 AM  on U50 milepost 225, or 14 miles west of South Hutchinson. The crash happened like this: Vehicle one was northbound on Sego Rd. Vehicle two was westbound on U50. Vehicle one pulled out from a Stop sign on Sego Rd. in front of vehicle two. Vehicle two struck vehicle one on the passenger side. Vehicle one entered the north ditch and overturned.

 

Injuries

 

Bradford was killed in the crash. His body was taken to Sedgwick County Forensics Center.

 

Vehicle Damage

 

Esther Jenkerson's 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with New Mexico license plate 161TJY was wrecked. Jenkerson's Chevrolet was removed from the wreck scene by LCB Towing and taken to their tow lot.

 

How To Get The Highway Patrol Report

 

Trooper K195 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2016-015472 to this wreck. In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."

 

Additionally, unless you qualify under the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers blacked out, or redacted.
