Jessie L Krogman, a 17-year old female, of Towanda, Kansas was involved in a crash on October 1, 2016 in Butler County, Kansas. The crash happened at 8:48 PM  on Dike Rd, 1.5 miles North of US54, just West of Augusta,KS.

 

Injuries

 

Krogman was injured and was taken to Central Kansas Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

 

Krogman's 1999 Chevrolet Pickup with Kansas license plate 733JLS was wrecked. Krogman's Chevrolet was removed from the wreck scene by Dave's Towing and taken to their tow lot.

This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
